Available both in COP (Cyclic Olefin Polymer) and COC (Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) material, customers can now benefit from an unmatched offering on both glass and polymer solutions.

Nexa Flex™: Nexa® performance level now available also for your Polymer Syringes

Extremely versatile, with outstanding cosmetic quality, a high degree of break resistance, and glass-like transparency, Nexa Flex™ is the perfect answer when looking for polymer syringes.

Available as 1mL long*, Nexa Flex™ is delivered in EZ-fill® nest & tub configuration and EO-sterilized, making it compatible with the most established filling lines.

Moreover, its tungsten-free molding polymer process guarantees full compatibility with highly sensitive drugs and its optimized silicone-oil distribution along the barrel provides enhanced gliding performance and low particle profile. The molded luer lock ensures extremely strong hanging whilst production in the injection molding process grants precise dimensions, thus delivering a best-in-class solution.
