Job Summary:

Coordinates and creates Marketing activities in alignment with HQ in the implementation of marketing & communication plans for Balda Germany dealing with the sales management and top executives.

 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

 

  • Supports sales strategy, designs and deploys relative budgets and plans accordingly for plastic operations
  • Creates and maintains marketing & communication materials related to online and offline channels, in line with the corporate marketing function and act as a point of reference for regional coordinators.
  • He/she studies the "target market" reference differentiating messages according to the product line/services in relation to the strategic positioning to create brand awareness and to increase customer base
  • Handles the creation, update and evaluation of trade shows and speeches at events/trade shows, in collaboration with HQ
  • Capable of handling external agencies in an autonomous way
